Testing schemes

This functionality is only relevant for the United Kingdom.

You can select which type of test you want customers to do:

Enable home testing

Head slightly further down and decide which options you want to support. You will need to select the machine model / test being used. The dropdown box will display any tests that are active in the Machine Management area. Please make sure you select the relevant test as this is required for the test details to be displayed as part of the test results.

You can then add users to the customer data section and they will receive a URL, they will then complete the flow below.

The customer will be asked to choose which method:

Self registration test method

The customer will be presenting with a step by step guide on what to do next.

The customer will then need to provide information about themselves using either:

• Yoti App
• Online form

They will be presented with a QR code if the Yoti app is selected or the below form:

After filling in the details they need to to scan the QR code on the bag or add the Bag ID.

Then they will be asked to collect test sample and to send the sample for processing.

Day 2 test flow

The customer will be presenting with a step by step guide on what to do next.

The customer will confirm they have done their test:

Test confirmation.

The customer will then need to provide information about themselves using the online form.

After filling in the details they need to to scan the QR code on the bag or add the Bag ID.

Then they will be asked to report on their result.

Report on results

If verified is selected the user will be asked to now take a photo of their results:

After they have uploaded a good quality image the flow is finished.

Once the result is confirmed by the customer the following will happen

• If unverified the test is displayed in Reporting area and sent to the user.
• If verified / day 2 the test is displayed in both Reporting area (with status information) and Held Results > Home testing. From here an organisation operator will be able to see the image and issue the correct test result to the user.
