Within the settings section you can choose how you manage how you store your customer testing data in the portal.

| Data retention settings | Description |

| Delete all data for results to users | Delete all data relating to a customer once they receive their result. |
| Delete all customer personally identifiable information after a period of time | You can decide your retention period here. |
Delete all data
There is an option to delete all customer personally identifiable information from Yoti’s server. This is not reversible, Yoti will not be able to recover the data.
