Within the settings section you can choose how you manage how you store your customer testing data in the portal.

Description

Delete all data for results to users

Delete all data relating to a customer once they receive their result.

Hint You will not be able to download data from the reporting area.

Delete all customer personally identifiable information after a period of time

You can decide your retention period here.

Delete all data

There is an option to delete all customer personally identifiable information from Yoti’s server. This is not reversible, Yoti will not be able to recover the data.
