Sign offline

Yoti Sign gives you the option to allow signees to sign on paper. The user can then upload the document to Yoti Sign.

Note: Offline security features capabilities are limited. You cannot use OTP, Yoti Auth or witnessing.

The sender will receive the document, they will open the document as normal. Once they open the document there will be an option to download the document:

They will sign the document and send this document back to you directly.

Head back to the portal and you should see the document in your portal with the status NOT SIGNED.

Active documents > Upload signed documents

• Press "Upload signed documents".

You will see this screen:

Upload signed documents > Upload

• Upload the document you have received from the signer.
• The signing status will turn to PENDING.
• Refresh the page and you will see a new status: SIGNED OFFLINE.

The signer will get a completion email with all the documents.
