AI Tools

Yoti provides you with a simple dashboard management tool called Yoti Hub to get you up and running with our products. This is where you will obtain your API keys, add your billing information and more.

Important information

For Yoti Sign, you do not need to complete Hub onboarding.

Before you start

You need to download the free Yoti app and register your business with Yoti.

Download in App Store Download in Google Play

Create your Yoti

Download the Yoti app.
Add a mobile number and business email address to create your account.
Add an official ID document to your Yoti
Open Yoti Hub on a desktop or laptop.
Scan the QR code using your Yoti app.
Complete the registration on Yoti Hub.

Requested information required

Information required	Description
Company details	As shown on the company register for your jurisdiction. This is required for us to verify your company.
Registered company address	This is required for additional verification and so we have an address for billing purposes.
Director information	This will consist of the directors' full names and email addresses for verification.
Yoti Terms and Conditions	You will need to read and accept our Terms and Conditions. If you require a copy of these, please contact onboarding@yoti.com.
Billing details	This is required to make sure we have the correct billing details on file.

As the applicant, you will instantly gain full access to your organisation's Yoti Hub account.

Yoti Hub access

Once your organisation has been created, our onboarding team will aim to review your application within 2-3 business hours. You will be able to continue your integration while your application is under review. Get access to Yoti Hub by scanning a Yoti QR code with your Yoti app.

Good to know

Once you have logged in, your phone will display a 'connected' screen. If you leave the Yoti app, you won't be able to see receipts in Yoti Hub. This is for security purposes. Log in to your Yoti app to gain access to receipts.
